A semi-detached georgian townhouse in Bathwick needed re-felt and batonning due to weathering. Breathable felt and dutch tiles were used and a dry ridge system was fitted.
Roof timber renewal
Due to encroaching foliage and old age this single-storey, double roman, pitched roof required re-felt and batonning and new lead work.
